While Oblivion is a great game, the character models leave a lot to be desired. On a practical level Oblivion Character Overhaul 2 gives every race and gender their own head mesh and textures. I have the latest version of the mentioned mods and don't have any other NPC-affecting mods installed. If you are a bit of a lazy modder like me, this overhaul is perfect! Any ideas? This mod acts as a comprehensive revamp that adds new skin and eye textures, hairstyles, head shapes, and more. can u change your charatcers appearance (such as facial hair and tones) after leaving the sewers. Other than that, it looks better (like hte hair, etc). This one of the major overhaul mods for Oblivion. I have the Oblivion Character Overhaul mod installed so I'm sure if that is what is causing it. Level scaling has been removed from standard opponents entirely.
